Dealer Application

Please include a copy of your business license, a blank, voided check featuring your company's name, address and phone number, and a list of current vendors (such as Parts Unlimited, or Tucker Rocky).  We would also appreciate a photo of your product display area, and a copy of your listing in the Yellow Pages.

Also, if there is something in particular you would like to inquire about ordering, please include a note to that effect and we will get back to you ASAP.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDER ONLINE: Authorized Dealers are encouraged to order Attack Performance and Attack Race Bodies products via the secure online shopping cart (see here).

ORDER BY PHONE: Phone orders for $50.00 USD minimum only. Orders for less than $50.00 USD available only via secure online shopping cart. Please call us at 562-229-1200 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm Pacific Time.  If lines are busy and you get our voice-mail, please leave a brief message with your phone number so we may call you back and help you with your order. 

PAYMENT:  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), and offer COD to Authorized Dealers only (company checks or money orders only).

PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. Santa Fe Springs, CA and are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING: Via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise directed .  Shipping charges are added to invoice total at the time of shipping .  Shipping via US Postal Service is for international orders only and requires an additional $10.00 handling charge. A $15.00 handling charge will be applied to all Attack Race Bodies orders, excluding apparel.

BACK ORDERS:  Back orders are not canceled unless specifically requested.  When out-of-stock orders come in, back orders are shipped first.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.   Please allow 30-120 days shipping time.  No returns or refunds are available for custom orders.

FOREIGN ORDERS:  Must be pre-paid in US Money Order, Certified Bank Draft or letter of credit US funds only. Orders are shipped freight and duty collect.

RETURNS:  No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.  All returns will be inspected and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returns due to shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced immediately.  No returns after 30 days from invoice date.  All refused shipments must be in new condition for resale and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all freight charges.  Attack Performance products purchased through another reseller must be returned through them.  No returns on special orders.

CLAIMS: All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier.  Always inspect the condition of the merchandise in the presence of the carrier.  All claims must be made to the carrier.

WARRANTY:  Attack Performance products are produced for the purpose of racing, therefore there is NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED on any products made or sold by Attack Performance. All descriptions provided by Attack Performance as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee.  Attack Performance will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product we manufacture or sell.  Attack Performance shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products.  By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask that the item be returned for evaluation.  If in the opinion of Attack Performance an adjustment should be made, we will either repair or offer assistance in solving the problem.  The use of Attack Performance products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.

LIABILITY: The purchaser of any Attack Performance products releases the manufacturer of those products and/or Attack Performance from all liabilities as to the use of those products.  The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.
