.  Steve finished the season runner-up in the Formula Extreme Championship and 4th in Supersport, visiting the rostrum 7 times during the season.
2006 Rapp raced in AMA Superbike, earning eight top-10 finishes.  Raced in AMA Superstock, earning three top-five finishes. Raced with Team Jordan Suzuki.
2005 Rapp raced in the AMA Superstock series, earning podium finishes at California Speedway and Mid-Ohio. Contested the AMA Superbike Championship, best results were sixth-place finishes at Infineon Raceway race #1, Pikes Peak Intl Raceway and Mid-Ohio race #2. Raced with Jordan Suzuki team.
2004 Rapp raced in AMA Supersport, earning top-five finishes at Barber Motorsports Park and Virginia Intl Raceway. Raced in AMA Superstock, his best result a sixth-place finish at Barber Motorsports Park. Raced with Valvoline Suzuki team.
2003 Rapp raced in AMA Superstock, taking wins at Road America and Brainerd Intl Raceway, and earned an additional series podium finish at Mid-Ohio. Raced in AMA Formula Xtreme, best result a fourth-place at Infineon Raceway. Competed in the AMA Superbike Championship, best result a fifth-place in race #2 at Barber Motorsports Park. Raced with Valvoline Suzuki team.
2002 Raced a limited season in AMA Supersport, best result 10th-place at Laguna Seca Raceway. Raced in AMA Formula Xtreme, earning top-10 finishes at Daytona Internationall Speedway and Mid-Ohio.
2001 Rapp's best AMA U.S. Superbike result was fifth-place at Brainerd Intl Raceway. Raced with HMC Ducati team.
2000 Rapp took third-place at the AMA U.S. Superbike finale at Willow Springs Raceway. Rapp was in the epicenter of a frightening, first-turn crash at Road America that was covered by national news broadcasts and memorialized in a full-page action photo that appeared in Sports Illustrated. He remounted to complete the race. Raced with Vance & Hines Ducati.
1999 Rapp took AMA Superbike top-five finishes at Daytona and Willow Springs. Also competed in Pro Honda Oils 600 Supersport, best results were seventh-place at Laguna Seca and Pikes Peak. Raced with Yoshimura Suzuki.
1998 Rapp won the Road Atlanta and Mid-Ohio Teamline 750 Superstock races, and had an additional four series podium finishes. Had just one 750 Superstock finish outside the top-five all season, when his bike failed during the series finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Contested the AMA Superbike series, best finish was seventh-place at Willow Springs Raceway. Competed in Pro Honda Oils 600 Supersport, top finish was fifth-place at Sears Point Raceway. Raced with San Gabriel Springs Suzuki.
1997 Rapp raced in Teamline 750 Superstock, and took second-place at the Sears Point race. Raced Pro Honda Oils 600 Supersport, best result was seventh-place at Sears Point.

Turned AMA Pro.  Year-end ranking: 12th (SS),  6th (FX) racing a privateer Yamaha R6 for Celtic Racing.

2006 Davies entered the Mid-Ohio final round of the AMA Supersport Championship, finishing in 5th place.  Also raced the final round of Formula Xtreme, finishing 8th (racing for privateer Celtic Racing Yamaha team). Spent the rest of the season competing in the World 250 GP Championship.

2005 Signs once again for Aprilia Germany riding a 250cc "kit" Aprilia. Welsh Young Sports Personality Of The Year 2005. Two Top 10 results, Italy and Turkey. Finished 16th in the 250cc World Championship Classification out of the 36 regular starters.
2004 Signs once again for Aprilia Germany riding a 250cc "kit" Aprilia. Youngest rider in the class by nearly two years. Finished 8th in Brno, beating the 2003 World Champion. Nominated for OCS "Young Sportperson of the year 2004". Fastest ever British rider to lap Donington Park on a 250cc machine. Finished 9th in Malaysia. Finished 6th in Australia. Finished 5th in Valencia. Finished 13th in the 250cc World Championship Classification out of the 36 regular starters.
2003 Chaz signs for Aprilia Germany on the back of the consistent performance in his 125cc ‘Rookie’ season. Youngest rider ever to score World Championship points in the 250cc class finishing 15thplace in the Gauloises Africa’s Grand Prix. Scored first top 10 finish at the Cinzano Rio Grand Prix, finishing 9th in the overall race classification. Finished 14th in the 250cc World Championship Classification out of the 33 regular starters. Successfully sat and passed 9 GCSE examinations mid way through the season, achieving B and C grades in all. Top 3 shortlist – BBC ‘Young Sports Personality of the Year’. BBC Midland ‘Breakthrough Award 2003’. Welsh Federation Motorcycling ‘Sports Person of the Year 2003’.
2002 Dorna place Chaz with Team Matteoni Racing to compete in the 125cc Grand Prix World Championship riding a kit Aprilia. Chaz becomes the youngest rider ever to compete in a full season of GP Motorcycle racing. Scored World Championship points in Estoril, Portugal. Set a new record as the youngest BRITISH rider ever to score world championship points. Completed nearly 6000 kms in total, competing in 12 different countries, crossing 5 continents. Ended the 2002 season in 29th place out of 46 regular riders.
2001 British 125 Championship—7th overall, after completing 8 of 13 rounds. Youngest ever winner of a British Championship race in July at Thruxton at the age of 14 years 5 months. A dominant win again at Donington in October also claiming pole position and a new national lap record. Nominated for BBC ‘Young Sports Personality of the Year’. Made the final 10 out of 600 entries. Contested all rounds of the Spanish National 125 Championship with Telefonica Movistar team under the management of Alberto Puig and carefully watched by Dorna (GP organisers). At each round Chaz listened, learned, improved and gave 100%, impressing both Alberto Puig and Dorna.
2000 Runner-up in the Aprilia Challenge 125cc Championship. Set lap records at Oulton Park, Brands Hatch and Thruxton. On the podium 15 times out of 22 races in the 2 years competing in the championship. Youngest ever rider to compete in a British Championship Road Racing event.
1999 Given special dispensation at the age of 12 to take part in the aprilia Challenge 125cc Championship. Finished 6th overall. Only rider to finish every race in a points scoring position. Youngest ever rider in the history of the Championship. Set a new lap record at Donington Park National circuit (yet to be beaten). Awarded ‘Superteen of the Year’ for 1999.
1999 1st in class in 4 Junior Road Race meetings riding a Honda MBX 80cc.
1998 1st in the Mini Moto British Junior (7-12yrs) Championship.
1998 1st in the Paul Godward Trophy Class Championship.
